Blogger Bits: Favorite Sports Romance Series

Howdy readers! This is Blogger Bits, where a bunch of bookworms each fortnight discuss bookish topics on our bookfilled blogs.

Today’s topic is sports romance to match the Olympic games happening right now, and I decided to tackle not just my favorite books of the genre but my favorite series, since I realized almost all my favorites came in strings rather than alone.

So here they are, my favorite sport romance series!

Off Campus by Elle Kennedy

The Deal (Off-Campus, #1)

I could not start with the “Off Campus” series. Even though I got a little stuck on this series, I loved the first three books to pieces, especially Garrett’s and Dean’s. I could have done without Logan’s but anyway, that’s a matter of opinions. Elle Kennedy is the Princess of Sports Romance.

Him by Sarina Bowen and Elle Kennedy

Him (Him #1)

This MM duet stole my heart from the very first chapter and the two main characters are still one of my favorite MM couples.

WAGS by Sarina Bowen and Elle Kennedy

Good Boy (WAGs, #1)

Of course I couldn’t not name the person who gave Wes and Jamie that silly name. The WAGS series is a spin off of the Him duet. It 100% measures up to the amazing standard set by the duet, and it was even more hilarious and romantic at times.

Highly recommended!

Sweet Home  by Tillie Cole

Sweet Home (Sweet Home, #1)

Now, I won’t say this book was my favorite of the series. I found it overly simplistic in a way often debuts are. Still, the other instalments are incredibly powerful stories of redemption, hurt, love and titanic struggles. Epic. Truly. Painfully so.

Hashtag by Cambria Hebert

#Nerd (Hashtag, #1)

This book has my favorite football player and one of my favorite NA book boyfriends. Romeo Anderson. That guy knows how to make a girl feel special.

And the football part was substantial enough to even make me get passionate about the sports aspect.

Game On by Kristen Callihan

The Hook Up (Game On, #1)

Oh, how much I love Callihan’s writing and stories. Fortunately, at least IMO, her latest are getting less and less angsty, so yay! This first was still plenty dramatic and angst-riddled so it was not my favorite, by her Game On series is up there, if not one notch above the Off Campus one.

Here you have them, my favorite sports romance series!
